Return Policy
This policy explains the conditions for returns and handling of non-conformities for MECVORA equipment.
Made-to-order products
MECVORA equipment is manufactured to order, in the contracted configuration. As such, it falls under the exception from the 14-day right of withdrawal provided by Directive 2011/83/EU for customised goods made to the customer's specifications.
Manufacturing defects
If the equipment shows non-conformities on delivery, notify us within 7 calendar days through the contact form or at office@mecvora.com, with photos and a description of the problem. Resolution is by repair, replacement or a financial settlement, in line with the warranty policy.
Order cancellation
Cancellations made before production starts carry no penalties. After production starts, cancellation follows the contractual terms, with deductions proportional to the production stage at the time of cancellation.
