Shipping Policy
This policy describes the delivery conditions for MECVORA equipment.
Delivery times
The delivery time depends on the configuration and the availability of components and is calculated from the confirmation of the order and payment of the advance. The estimated time is confirmed in the written offer sent to the customer.
Transport
Delivery is DAP (Delivered at Place), to the buyer's premises indicated in the contract. We arrange transport by sea, land or combined, with the cost included in the offer or invoiced separately, as the case may be.
Goods reception
On delivery, check the condition of the packaging and the equipment. Any visible damage must be recorded in the reception report and reported within 7 calendar days.
Installation and commissioning
Transport, installation, commissioning and operator training are included and are carried out at your premises, through local technical partners, in your language.
